**Main Responsibilities**
- To be responsible for the weekly and monthly payroll submission to HMRC
- To be responsible for all bookkeeping tasks
- Invoice customers
- Prepare the WSOB (weekly cash sheet)
- Programme of tills
- Collection of stock from various suppliers (Bookers etc) where required
- To be responsible for health and safety compliance
- To own the function diary, manage bookings, take and chase up deposits/payments, sell

add-ons (DJ, Food), ensure documentation is in order (booking forms/disclaimers)
- Manage post function questionnaires (Google/Trip Advisor etc review)
- Help to attract new members and process new memberships and renewals
- Manage employee records (new starter declarations, induction check sheets)
- Prepare user guides for general tasks
- Order and collect change from the bank and manage till floats
- Manage the relationship between the Club and the cash collection company (if being used) or be responsible for the payment of cash into the bank
- To be responsible for risk assessments and to report potential risks as they arise
- Assist in the management of the maintenance calendar (fire alarm tests etc)
- To help promote the club and its activities via social media outlets
- Provide cover when other management is not available (i.e. holiday cover, sick leave)

Milnrow Cricket Club has ambitions to become a multi sports club at the centre of a thriving community. Following recent refurbishment, we have exciting plans for growth - not solely in wet sales, but also food and daytime facilities hire.

We are recruiting a part-time Bookkeeper/Administrator responsible for the administration and record keeping of all tasks and processes relating to the back-office running of the Club, to provide our customers and suppliers with the best experience possible. This is a key role for making sure the Club is compliant and exceeds its obligations to its many stakeholders. Reporting to the General Manager, you will work with the management team (currently the Committee) and other key employees to make the Club a great place to work, play and socialise.

Job Title: Bookkeeper/Administrator (Part Time - 26 hours)

Reports to: General Manager

**Salary**: Depending On Experience (DOE)

Holidays: 28 days plus Bank Holidays (Pro Rated) - Must work around trading peaks

Location: Milnrow Cricket Club

Part-time hours: 26 per week

**Salary**: £14,872.00 per year
