My Client is an award winning prestigious London based shopfitter working as general contractor and subcontractor, providing high quality bespoke interiors. Since their conception 17 years ago, the client has steadily grown and now employs a large team allover Europe, offering everything from basic consultancy to full package services.

**The role**:
**Duties**:
**Daily tasks will change depending on the day and the project but can consist of**:

- Receive quotation and tender requests, book them in, review tender requirements and prepare estimates using drawings and relevant computer-based estimating and measuring software including AutoCad, advise sales team of project requirements.
- Telephone calls to chase prospective clients regarding tenders.
- Undertake Teams/Zoom based calls and meetings.
- Attend client meetings and site visits.
- Organising electronic files from the initial enquiry, following through on how the project is going, sending letters, sales literatures etc.
- Liaising with the sales and contracting teams and arranging site visits as necessary.
- Provide admin support and work closely with the director.
- Formally book secured projects and liaised with the director.
- Compile handover documents and work with credit control.
- Pre contract and post contract management and overlooking the whole project financially from start till the end including subcontractors.

**Requirements**:

- Must have previous experience in construction and estimating commercial fitouts.
- Must have previous experience working within UK based construction / estimating / quantity surveying.
- Must have previous experience working with JCT.
- Must have good knowledge of building sites and materials especially in relation to shop and commercial fitouts.
- Must be able to work to strict deadlines and be able to work under pressure.
- Experience of working on own initiative and as part of a team.
- IT literate with sound working knowledge of windows and packages i.e. MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, AutoCAD and MS Projects or equivalent.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic.
- Good written and oral skills.
- Good planning and organizing of own work.
