Warranty Administrator

We are currently recruiting on a temporary basis (approx. 3-6 months) for a Warranty Administrator to join our client in Warwick. The role on a full-time basis has a salary of £23,000 based on a 37-hour working week - Monday to Thursday 8am till 4.30pmwith 30 mins unpaid lunch and Friday 8am till 1pm.
Job Purpose:
To provide administration support and assistance in all matters relating to warranty processing, databases and campaigns and assist in obtaining maximum recovery from suppliers through material processing.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare and assist field campaigns
Input information and maintain warranty databases
Prepare reports on material / customers / suppliers
Assist with arranging material collections and handle queries
Assist with logging failed parts to maintain 100% traceability
Chase customers & service centres to ensure failed parts are returned to Warwick warranty stores
Process customer warranty claims
Raise invoices for rejected claims
Advise customers on warranty issues
Person specification:
Previous administration experience
Experience of using Microsoft Excel
Self-motivated
