**Waiting Staff / Bartenders | London, SW1W 9AZ | Full Time and Part Time | £11.50 excluding tronc.£13.75-£15.00 including tronc. This will increase by 50p after the first 6 months in the role** Wild by Tart is a neighbourhood restaurant set within a multipurpose space. Housed in a former power station and coal store, the 9,000 sq. ft site combines a restaurant, bar, coffee kiosk, retail store, events space, and photography studio. We are blessed with a large, open kitchen with plenty of natural daylight and amazing equipment, including a wood-burning oven and charcoal grill. We work with the best suppliers using seasonal, British produce. In this role, you will give guests an engaging, informative, and friendly service. Bartender: - Prepare all fresh juices, fruit, syrups, and garnishes for the bar. - Preparing and serving cocktails, mocktails, wine, beer, and soft drinks. - Control bar stock levels at all times including spirits, wine, beer, non-alcoholic drinks as well as bar supplies. - Assist the bartenders in efficiently preparing drinks for service and polish glasses **What’s next?
