**Job Title: Marketing Communications Manager**
**Location: Thame**
**Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum**
- Developing and implementing the social media strategy for multiple brands, driving results through engaging content, establishing expertise, and thought leadership across our markets to inspire and motivate our customers (introducers, conveyancers, andmovers)
- Work with the Product teams to develop a marketing communication plan aligned to product development, creating effective and impactful content for go to go to market strategies, new features, and the ongoing engagement through the onboarding stages of thecustomer lifecycle
- Working with stakeholders across the business to ensure relevant content is created or commissioned and executed across appropriate channels, tracking the effectiveness of various campaigns and course correcting as required.
- Develop an excellent understanding of the key target audiences, using this to build on personas and drive initiatives to increase awareness, consumption, and loyalty
- Work with sales teams to build marketing communication plans, creating a wide range of marketing materials and formats that lead to increased engagement from existing and prospective customers
- Support loyalty programs and lifecycle communications to retain and nurture existing customers (networks and conveyancers) and re-engage lapsed and dormant customers with key service messaging and product benefits. (Includes B2B, B2B2C and D2C communications)
- Production of compelling content that resonates with our different audiences - including white papers, articles for publications or introducers, webinars and newsletters. Ensuring all content and communication is contextually right, personal & relevantto drive consideration from our desired audience, promote our platform and meet our growth targets
- Responsible for executing our 'in-life’ content hub strategy, creating engaging, rewarding and scalable content for movers, to support their start-to-finish moving journey
- You will be responsible for analysing engagement, implementing effective measurement indicators, making continuous improvements based on performance insight and trends, and optimising copy and communications and strategy to generate leads, drive conversions,and engage customers
- Liaising with, and managing, external partners including PR agencies, digital agencies and brand communications agencies to coordinate and execute a cohesive strategy
- Own and deliver internal communications to keep the company informed of key company developments

**Skills and Experience**:

- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to present key strategic direction within the team
- Experience of translating audience insight into a brand strategy, marketing plans, and effective campaign briefs
- Creative thinker with a 'cando’ attitude and a great eye for detail
- Experience in business-to-business engagement and direct-to-consumer engagement, with experience in leading engagement programs
- Experience or knowledge of the conveyancing market is preferred
- Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud a bonus
