**What you will be doing**

You will join the team that works well together to provide care to people acute mental health conditions. Whether you are have been a Healthcare Assistant or Care Worker, you will utilise your experience to support people to lead a valued and fulfilled life.
It can be quite a challenging environment at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience and vigilance are important. But it is hugely rewarding to see people improve; being able to do something today that they couldn’t do last week because of you.
The Elysium Wellbeing team is on hand to keep you feeling great; be it a chat, massage or group activities. Who doesn’t like a free massage at work?

We can offer you flexible working - you will work 12.5 hour night shifts, on a 0 hour contract.
**Where you will be working**

Location:Exeter Road, Cullumpton, EX15 1EA

The Woodmill is an 18 bedded rehabilitation service for women with complex emotional and mental health needs, who may have a secondary diagnosis of autism and mild learning disabilities, and disordered eating.
