**Job Title - Assistant Producer - Women’s Football Content**

**Location - Stamford Bridge/Cobham**

**Hours - Permanent - 35 hours, any 5 from 7 (including some weekends)**

**What We’re Looking For**:
We’re looking for an Assistant Producer - Women’s Football Content to assist in creating video and social content for Chelsea FC Women. Duties include:

- Assist in all production of Women’s team content.
- A focus on producing and editing content from training and match days - especially social content.
- Support Women’s Content Producer across all relevant projects.
- Keep up to date with social trends and topics, especially around Women’s content.
- Formulate creative ideas specific to social platforms.
- Confidently lead production around and with players and talent.

**Must Haves/qualified by demonstrable experience to the level required**:

- Proficient at premiere pro video editing.
- Display a keen understanding and interest in Women’s football.
- Significant expertise in social video content production.
- Positive and bold approach to Women’s football and the opportunity for growth.
- Successful “Best in class” multi-platform content examples relevant to final productions.
- Clear examples of women’s sports content production.
- To be able to work across multiple projects at the same time and under occasional time pressures.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong ability to formulate creative ideas specific to social platforms.

**Nice to Haves**:

- Proven social video experience
- Confidence operating a camera is a bonus but not imperative.
