Sue Ross Legal are supporting a leading, Sheffield based law firm who have a unique opportunity for a talented and experienced Employment Solicitor or Legal Executive to head up the Employment and HR Services department.
This multi-accredited firm has been established in Sheffield for more than 200 years. As one of the leading practices in the region, the firm has built an enviable reputation for forging successful professional relationships and providing exceptional client care.

**Responsibilities**:

- Representing both employers and individuals on a broad range of matters including attending tribunals and undertaking advocacy as appropriate
- Delivering practical and tailored employment and HR advice
- Building and maintaining strong internal and external relationships
- Developing a marketing strategy for the department
- Undertaking business development initiatives
- Supervising the provision of employment and HR services for the department
- Delivering training to the wider department, including briefings and updates.
