We are looking for people who have a natural ability to create and develop strong professional relationships to work within our Construction Recruitment Sales team in our office in Haywards Heath, West Sussex.

You will know who you are - confident, intelligent, able to engage with a wide range of people, happy to learn and develop, focused on being a success, and a positive team member.

You could have worked in any industry previously although some business to business experience, telesales or face to face experience, or previous developing of customer accounts would be advantageous.

This role is about you, your skills and your personality - we can teach you how to be a great recruitment consultant.

HOW TO CONTACT US

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
