Office Administration Assistant Sales

**Job Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Follow-Up on Quotations & Sales Leads**:
- Review and follow up on sent quotations to ensure timely responses from potential clients.
- Maintain and update a sales lead database, tracking lead status and next steps.
- Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and provide necessary documentation to clients.
- **Basic Bookkeeping Support**:
- Assist in managing daily financial transactions, including invoicing and expense tracking.
- Help reconcile accounts and ensure all sales data is properly recorded and updated.
- Assist in preparing financial reports for review and ensure accurate records of sales and expenses.
- **Data Cleansing & Maintenance**:
- Regularly clean and update lead and customer databases to remove outdated or inaccurate information.
- Standardize records to ensure consistency across all systems.
- Manage data entry tasks and ensure all relevant details are captured correctly.
- **General Administrative Support**:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for the sales and admin teams.
- Prepare and organize documents, quotations, proposals, and reports for internal use or client-facing communications.
- Assist in filing, organizing, and managing both physical and digital documents.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience with follow-up sales processes and quotations.
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping and financial record-keeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Pipedrive, etc.) and sales pipeline management.
- Experience with data entry, database management, and data cleansing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
**Working Conditions**:
- Flexible working hours.
- Full-time or part-time, based on availability and preference.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From £14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
