**Chill Operative - Bellshill**

We are recruiting at our Bellshill Depot for experienced Chill Dispatch Operatives to join our team on a temporary to permanent basis. If you are looking for work in a fast-paced environment and have previously worked in a cold store, this might be a role for you

**Shift Pattern**:

- 5on2off including weekends: Rotating shift,5:30-13:30 - first week,13:30-21:30 - second week

**Key responsibilities**:

- Manually pick milk into trolleys using paper list and voice picking
- Move and empty trolleys across the chill
- Load and unload deliveries in a timely manner
- Ensure the accurate stock count and rotation under MLOR regulations (Minimum Life on Receipt)
- Daily cleaning duties within the area
- Complete paperwork ensuring all completed for full traceability
- Report any issues regarding defected trailers

**Skills and experience**:

- Experience working in a cold store is highly desirable
- Demonstrates exemplary attendance and timekeeping
- Excellent communication verbal and written with good standard of numeracy skills
- Team player who also works well on their own initiative
- A positive thinking and self-motivated individual

**PLEASE NOTE, TWO DIFFERENT PAY RATES MAY APPLY PER ONE SHIFT, DEPENDING ON WORKING HOURS AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE BREAKDOWN BELOW**:
**Day pay rates**:

- Monday - Friday £11.92 (overtime after 40hrs £17.86)
- Saturday £14.88h
- Sunday £17.86
- Bank Holidays £23.82

**Nights pay rates**:

- Monday - Friday £14.64 (overtime after 40hrs £21.96)
- Saturday £18.30
- Sunday £21.96
- Bank Holidays £29.28

**Benefits**:
