An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced PA to support our team of two directors with their diverse interests and responsibilities.

**Key responsibilities will include**:
Providing a full PA service to the Directors to ensure a smooth running of their business and personal lives

Arranging travel and hotel accommodation as required

Preparing correspondence on behalf of the Directors, including drafting of replies to general correspondence

Efficient maintenance and retrieval of filing systems and muniments

Maintaining and prioritising the Directors' task lists, and ensuring deadlines are met

Taking an active interest in and growing understanding of the Directors' work and priorities

Secretarial support including typing from notes and dictation, minute taking, file management and reprographic tasks
- A bright and confident personality
- Advanced computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Sound secretarial skills
- Diplomacy and discretion - trusted to deal with confidential issues
- Highly personable
- Flexible and adaptable with their time and responsibilities
- Responsive to situations and able to use their own initiative

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Executive & Personal Assistants: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
