We are looking for support workers who want to be a part of a vibrant and motivated team and make a difference in people's lives. Your assistance is needed by our clients in Gloustershire who want to support, house, and advise people in order to promote an independent and fulfilling life. To help make every day unique, we require support workers that are compassionate, devoted, and committed.

With a variety of programmes, including housing, specialised young adult services, alcohol and substance misuse assistance, family support, and residential settings, we are eager to assist the most vulnerable members of society. We are seeking Support Workers to join our team and assist us in raising the standard of living for community members who share our enthusiasm for creating additional chances that can change people's lives.

**Salary**: £10.50.00 - £12.50 per hour

Location: Gloustershire

Hours: Full time and part time hours available

**Responsibilities**:

- As necessary, to assist clients with personal care, including use of hoists, aid with continence needs (bathing and showering), and other tasks
- Making of drinks and meals, as well as the prompting of medicine

Support to ensure service users have adequate nutrition and hydration.
- Assisting with GP and hospital appointments
- Discussing and listening to every client
- Ensuring the wellbeing and security of all service users
- Recognize the hours that each client needs and make sure you are providing the appropriate care and assistance.
- Help enhance service users skills and support with daily activities.
- Providing support with personal care and attending to health requirements.
- Build strong and lasting relationships with the service users.
- Completing and documenting frequent observations to ensure the safety of service users.

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.50 per hour
