We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated and committed individual to join a well-established and supportive multi-disciplinary team within the North Lancashire Early Intervention Service.

The Lancashire Early Intervention Service (EIS) specialises in working with individuals aged 14 to 65 at risk of, or currently experiencing, first episode psychosis. Our team provides a range of specialist interventions including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Psychosis, Psychosocial and Family Interventions.

The Lancashire Early Intervention Service is based within The Bay Locality of Lancashire and South Cumbria Foundation Trust. We enjoy close working links with a range of community and inpatient services for children and adults.

The main base for this post will be The Gateway, Blackpool. The team covers the whole of the North Lancashire / South Cumbria footprint so there is an expectation that you will travel across all areas.

The post is being offered on a permanent basis

The post is full time (37.5 hours per week)

Senior Care Coordinator

**Minimum professional qualifications**: RMN, Social Worker, Occupational Therapist

**Salary Scale**: Band 6

The post will provide an opportunity for development for those who are interested in working within the Early Intervention Service and to gain/enhance valuable experience working in a community setting.

We place a strong emphasis on professional and clinical supervision in order to support and develop individuals as part of our commitment to maintain our focus on delivering the highest quality clinical service.

Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust provides a range of services including secondary mental health care across this area. Specialist provision comprises inpatient child and adolescent mental health services, perinatal mental health and forensic services including low and medium secure care.

The Trust also provides a range of physical health and well-being services in the community alongside a range of partners in the Lancashire, Cumbria and Sefton area.
