**Are you an experienced Mechnical Design Engineer?**
**Are you looking to join a well-established, industry leading firm?
Do you have experience designing pressurised vessel and piping systems?**
If yes, this could be an excellent opportunity for you to join a brilliant business based in the southeast of England. The firm is looking for an experienced engineer to join their ranks in a hybrid position (3/2 home/office) to aid their team in designingrobust engineered solutions for a range of high-profile clients across the globe.
You will be a qualified, flexible, self-motivated individual with a proven track record for designing pressure piping systems or vessels in accordance with ASME construction codes as well as the requirements of the 'Pressure Equipment Directive’ and thePressure Equipment (Safety) Regulations
- Qualified to degree level or above ideally in either mechanical engineering, science, metallurgy or mathematics.
- Ability to produce design calculations including any associated factors which will have an impact on the overall product.
- Basic understanding of the ASME piping codes such as ASMEB31.3 or similar.
- Worked in similar role or industry for minimum of 5 years.
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD.
