About the team:
The Executive Support Team directly supports all of the Directors of OSB Group. We provide bespoke support for each individual Director which greatly contributes to their working day and wider teams. Every day is different in this team with a broad range of tasks, projects and committees. We have contact with all of the teams across the business and work closely with the Company Secretariat team who support the Board.
We now have a brand new opportunity to join our established team to ensure a consistently professional and proactive administrative and executive support service is provided to the Executive Team.

Our specialist lending is supported by our Kent Reliance and Charter Savings Bank retail savings franchises. Diversification of funding is provided by sophisticated securitisation platforms. What you will be doing:
In this role, you will be required to consistently professional and proactive administrative and executive support service is provided to the Executive Team
Your responsibilities will include
- Arranging meetings as required and coordinating Executive diaries
- Preparing robust and accurate papers for key meetings as required
- Work collaboratively with the Executive Support Team and Company Secretariat Team and provide assistance where required
- The role will be based primarily at OSB House, Chatham with a regular requirement for support to be provided at the Whitfield Street office in London and occasional travel to the Wolverhampton office.
This is a great opportunity to work within a small, friendly team who are highly supportive of each other and encourage individual and team development. With in-depth, on the job training this role will strengthen your knowledge across the different departments across the Group.
In return for your commitment:
We offer a base salary dependent on experience from £32,000 and a competitive benefits package including:
- 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Annual discretionary bonus of up to 12.5%

- Previous experience undertaking a PA role for a group of Executives or Senior Managers is essential
- Previous experience working in a corporate environment where professionalism and an appropriate manner is of the highest regard is essential
