Optical Assistant/trainee Dispensing Optician

**Overview**
We are seeking either an optical assistant or trainee dispensing optician to join our small, long established team. We are looking for those that have a passion for providing the best possible service and patient care. _**To be considered for this role you must have prior experience of working within the optical industry.**_
A strong sense of eyewear fashion/general fashion as well as social media is preferred, but full training will be provided.
Type of training provided will depend on job role, which shall be discussed in further detail at interview. For those wishing to enter the trainee dispensing optician route, all associated course fees will be paid for. This is a level 6, bachelors, diploma/degree
You will only be working with the best, luxury brands in optics, so a desire, as well as being comfortable, to promote these brands is necessary.
**Hours**
**About you**
Prior experience of working within the optical industry, ideally with further experience in all aspects relating to dispensing. However, you will be learning from fully qualified Dispensing Opticians and Optometrists, but a baseline working knowledge is ideal.

**The role**
As a small team we believe everyone should play their part. From receptionist work, ensuring the practice is presentable, to all aspects of dispensing. The ability to be part of the team as well as showing initiative is important.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,000.00-£25,000.01 per year
