**Credit Controller - £30,000 + competitive benefits package**
**Role Overview and skills required**:A hands-on role in the Accounts Receivable function to optimise cash collection and secondly, to assist where necessary, service invoicing. You will report into the Accounts Receivable Manager within the finance team.
**Your day-to-day Responsibilities**:

- Manage your Accounts Receivable Ledger
- Resolve and manage escalations on aged debt and related queries promptly, to improve cash collection efficiency but while also maintaining good working relationships with customers
- Build inter-departmental relationships with key sales team members to assist in cash collection and to develop an understanding of the key accounts and customers.
- Work closely with the Accounts Receivable & Invoicing Assistant
- Develop/implement processes as required for the Accounts Receivable function to improve cash collection by working closely with the Account Management team and the rest of the finance team.
- Cash Posting and allocations where required
- Statement/Account reconciliations
**The ideal experience and knowledge required**:

- Minimum of 3+ years of Credit Control
- Working knowledge of Microsoft
- Cash Posting/Allocations experience
- Good communication skills
- Reconciliations knowledge

You will beable to prioritise your own workload, have strong organisational skills and a methodical approach. And a prerequisite, is someone who’s personable with a great sense of humour
**Salary & Benefits**:

- Salary £30,000
- Pension after a 3-month probationary period (Employer contribution 3%)

This will be an office-based role 3 days a week and two days working from home. A typical day would start from 8.30-9.00am to 5-5.30pm.
