A growing Pentecostal Christian organization with headquarters in Manchester, England seeks to employ a minister of religion - worship leader with immediate effect. Our mission in the UK engages, equips and involves people from a wide spectrum. Our church vision is reaching out to the nations, setting the captives free, changing lives and raising champions. Our Manchester base runs a number of projects including Food bank, youth, education and training. Our constituency encompasses people from different backgrounds, race and ethnicity. But the dominant groups are BAME (Black, African And Asian Ethnic).
**Minimum Qualification Requirements**:
- Leadership skills.
- Ability to lead prayers during church service.
- Ability to write and deliver sermons.
- He or she must become a full time member of Kingdom Empowerment Ministries International Fellowship.
- He or she must be able to adapt, relate and accommodate different kind of people.
- Must have over 3 years’ experience.
- This job may also involve traveling and a full UK driving license or any accepted international driving license will be an advantage.
- We need someone who is very fluent in English Language. Knowledge of African languages will also be an advantage.
- The Minister of Religion shall perform spiritual functions associated with our beliefs and practices.
- We also desire to work with someone who has great communication skills, strong interpersonal skills.
- Performing christenings, baptisms, funerals, weddings and other religious ceremonies as requested.
- Overseeing the care and maintenance of the church building and property, meeting with the governing body of the church and supporting church projects.
- Performing any other role that may be assigned by the Senior Pastor.
**Job Types**:Full-time, Graduate.
**Salary**:£20,480.00-£21,000.00 per year.
**Benefits**:

**Schedule**:
- Monday to Friday.
- Weekend availability.
**Ability to Commute/Relocate**:Manchester m9 6QL: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required).
**Work Location**: In person.
