**Composite Laminator**
- Tool cleaning - polish and wash, preparation - assemble multi-part mould tools
- Decant, measure, and mix resins and adhesives
- Lay plies of Cloth as per drawing and procedure sheets
- Application of film adhesives
- Clean and prepare jointing surfaces
- Assemble de-moulded component onto post cure fixtures and loading into ovens
- Disassemble mould tools remove moulded part from mould and safe edge trim unit
- Trim moulded component to pre-finished dimensions using hand/air tools
- Wet media vapour blast moulded surface to remove traces of release agent

**Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications**:

- Experience working with composites (Mould preparation, Resin mixing, Laminating, Curing, De-moulding, Debagging, Trimming, Drilling, Surface preparation etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specification, and work instructions
