Remaining at the brand's birthplace in the historic city of Bath, Abbott Lyon are now looking for a Merchandising Assistant to join a growing merchandising team. We are looking for an experienced administrator, ideally someone with experience of working,ideally someone with experience of working with stock.

Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the team in placing custom orders daily
- Monitor production of all factories/purchasing calendar
- Assist the merchandiser with freight quotes and bookings
- Assist with weekly and monthly updates and reporting (need to be very competent on excel)
- Ensure that all costings are delivered in a timely manner and accurate information is provided to accounts
- Assist in running third party clearance
- Assist in compiling purchase orders
- Assist with tracking packaging stock levels and compiling packaging orders
- Assist with price negotiation and tracking
- Assist with shipping forecasts

Person Specification
- Experience within administration preferred
- Highly organised with attention to detail
- Process driven
- Good numerical and analytical skills
- Proficient on Microsoft Excel
