**Overview**:
We are on the hunt for a passionate and driven IT Apprentice to join our growing team.

**Duties / What you will be responsible for**:

- First line support through the IT helpdesk
- Diagnosing IT issues with customers using remote access tools
- Setting up and configuring hardware
- Using administration skills to log ticket updates accordingly
- Assisting in network infrastructure - experience of going out with engineers and visiting sites will be provided.
- Handling password resets, installations and remote access support queries
- Migrating servers onto the cloud
- PC repairs and fault finds
- Offering live chat via website
- Training given on all aspects of IT support and telecoms including, general windows desktop support, remote monitoring and management, Office 365, Corporate Wi-Fi networks, I.T. security, various VOIP telephone systems

**Entry requirements**:
The entry requirements for this Azure Cloud Support Specialist programme are as follows:

- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
