We are looking for a **experienced Bookkeeper (part or full time)** to join our small, fun and friendly team. This is an exciting flexible working opportunity and can fit around school hours.

**About Us**:
Hour Hands offer Bookkeeping and PA services to SME’s. We are a female led team of 12 based in Harpenden and looking for a Bookkeeper to join our team.

Our Bookkeeping team support a growing number of businesses within different industries. We are everything from a quarterly eye over the VAT return for a Consultant business to the outsourced Accounts team for a group of Hospitality businesses.

We are an easy going, fun and close knit team. We care about our clients and we live flexible working. We work hand in hand, supporting each other and we pride ourselves on being a safe pair of hands for our clients. We are part of our clients team and strive to bring their business forward. **The Role**

You will be part of the Bookkeeper and have managed different range of clients & juggled deadlines.

**Some of your key responsibilities will include**:

- Day to day bookkeeping in Xero
- Managing clients accounts inbox
- Processing payroll & pension submission
- Communicating with the client, their staff and suppliers

**Salary**: Depending on experience and qualification

Full time salary between £26,000 and £28,600.00 Pro Rata
