**About The Role**:
**Position**: Event Steward

**Hourly Rate**: £10.42 - £11.68

Join #TeamFGH, Keeping People Safe at Liverpool Football Club, Eurovision and Chester Racecourse.

We also have work available at some of the UK's best festivals This year we will be keeping crowds safe at Glastonbury, Lytham Festival, Beat
- Herder, Kendall Calling, Boardmasters and many more

**Duties include**:

- Monitoring access points and site perimeter patrolling.
- Ingress control - ticket validation, accreditation checks, guest direction and queries.
- Crowd control/people management - foot traffic direction, maintaining order, reporting anti-social behaviour, ensuring crowd safety plans are adhered to.
- Deliver approachable customer service and support to guests.
- Report any suspicious behaviour.
- Egress control.
- Directing customers around the site.

**About You**
- Have a clear passion for Keeping People Safe
- Be friendly and have great people skills
- Love training: we have a learning culture and are rigorous in upskilling ourselves and others

You will be required to gain your L2 in Spectator Safety certificate as part of your employment, this training will be provided by FGH training free of charge.
