We’re currently looking for a Collections Supervisor to join our team in Market Harborough.

**The Role**
As a Collections Supervisor, you will be tasked with overseeing and monitoring our refuse and recycling collection service throughout the Market Harborough area.
In this predominantly mobile role, you will ensure that your teams understand current legislation and work to all H&S, Environmental Protection and Road Traffic requirements.
Specifically, your role will involve:

- Supervising operatives on the Collections rounds
- Ensuring all Gate Checks/Mobile Plant Spot Checks are carried out
- Monitoring Health and Safety through Behavioural Safety Visits
- Monitoring Sickness and Absence
- Carrying out periodic driving licence checks
- Carrying out Accident/Workplace/Disciplinary/Client investigations
- Undertaking any HR activities as required including interview, training and disciplinaries
**About You**
To be considered as a Collections Supervisor, you will need:

- Experience in a supervisory role
- To be competent in the use of IT (Microsoft Office/CMS/Safeguard).
- An LGV Class C licence
- Plant operations experience
