**Assembly Operator** Do you have experience working within a manufacturing plant? Are you looking for a full time job with great career progression opportunities? Search are proud to be working with a market leading company on the recruitment of a Assembly Operator to join their manufacturing site based in Kettering. This role is a permanent opportunity with great career progression opportunities on a Monday to Fridayday shift. **Responsibilities** - To work on products or components, by hand or otherwise, as instructed in accordance with manufacturing instructions - To operate equipment/machines as directed - Assembly and testing of modules - Responsible for pre-production and production assembly of units - Follow assembly drawings for pre-production and Standard Operating Sheets for production - Completion of build documentation **Experience** - Must be flexible and able to work overtime hours (paid at a higher rate) - Must be happy to undertake a "hands on / physical" role - Team player - Able to undertake heavy lifting - Previous production experience - Enthusiastic, ''can do'' attitude - Able to work on own initiative - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Able to work to deadlines.
