We are now looking for a Production Operator to join our UPM Raflatac team in Scarborough at our Factory in Eastfield on a 12 month contract.
What you will do
In the role of Production Operator, you will work as part of a shift team to ensure smooth operation throughout all our production processes. As an operator, you will:
- Adhere to UPM Safety Principles, Values, ISO Standards, and Standard Work- Operate processes throughout our production operation- Ensure product and customer order specifications are met- Ensure safety, process, and quality issues are communicated promptly to the Leading Hand- Actively support continual improvement and collaboration within and across cells- Ensure effective handover of all the relevant information at shift changeover
Working schedule- Monday - Friday 3 Shift Pattern- Week 1: 6am-2pm- Week 2: 2pm-10pm- Week 3: 10pm-6am
