**Main Duties**
- To supervise technical delivery, sub-contractors and any otherspecialists attending the clients premises, to achieve the highest level ofservice to the buildings occupants in the most cost effective, technicallycompetent and safe manner
- To provide support to the Technical Service Manager and Helpdesk in theefficient use of labour and materials by assisting in co-ordinating all plannedand reactive maintenance work across designated portfolio of premises includingaccess for subcontractors
- To maximise the efficiency of service delivery and add value to ourclient
- To work with the Technical Service Manager and Helpdesk to maintain anexcellent Reactive Job and PPM profile
- To ensure that any Subcontractors are working to the highest safetystandards.
- Ensure all statutory and mandatory PPMs are completed as per the contractsrequirements, with correct certification submitted
- Actively promote the use of handheld technology for all operatives
- To carry out site and vehicle inspections as required
- To support the Technical Service Manager ensuring that all TBT are completed,and certification of engineers is in date and regularly checked
- Organising overtime working
- To work with the Technical Services Manager to produce quotations intimely manner
- Ensure self and team carry out duties in accordance with all Health andSafety procedures, Codes of Practice and Statutory Regulations
- Ensure all tasks are carried out to the highest standard of customerservice and that work is completed on time, within budget and meets ServiceLevel Agreements or Key Performance Indicators
- Monitor, co-ordinate and manage services provided by specialists and/orsub-contractors
- Assist in the implementation of improvements to procedures and systems,making recommendations as appropriate
- Adopt a pro-active approach to the management of all energy andenvironmental issues in line with the contract requirements
- To understand and complete all work related documentation accurately andon time
- To attend and fully participate in training and appraisal activities asrequired
- To undertake additional duties in line with capabilities as required

This is a full time / permanent position. Monday to Friday 8:00am 17:00pm 40 hours a week.
