MPAAS is looking for individuals to join a growing team of field agents working on behalf of the UK’s leading energy suppliers through the collection of data and advising customers on their accounts.

As this is a customer facing role there may also be a requirement to provide support to customers who need help, particularly during times of difficulty. The delivery of high standards of customer service is therefore a key skill for these roles.

This role will give you excellent progression opportunities, with the potential to move into a more senior or managerial role in the future.

We need dedicated and ambitious individuals who are willing to travel in the NE and surrounding areas.

- Hourly rate of £10.00 per hour
- Achievable bonus to increase your salary
- OTE £24,000 - £30,000
- 40 hours standard working week on a Monday - Friday basis
- Payment of 25p per mile towards your fuel usage
- PPE & handheld terminal provided
- Internal promotions wherever possible
**What we are looking for**
- Ambitious and motivated individuals with the desire to progress within a fast-growing business
- Have your own vehicle with valid MOT
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work towards targets
- Ability to mange your own time and workload
- Previous customer facing experience ideally field based (preferred)
- Good Computer and IT skills
- A good level of fitness
- Full UK driving Licence

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,800.00-£30,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus scheme
- Performance bonus

- Monday to Friday
