Job Title: Vehicle Damage Estimator

Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Vehicle Damage Estimator to become a vital part of our team. The role involves accurately evaluating repair costs for both clients and insurance companies, ensuring repairs are completed efficiently and profitability is maximized.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop comprehensive manual and digital repair estimates that meet the specifications of insurance providers and clients.
- Expedite the sourcing of necessary parts to facilitate quick repairs and manage the return process for incorrect or surplus items.
- Inspect parts (OEM, aftermarket, or used) prior to organizing and documenting them.
- Keep detailed records of all estimates, clearly noting items pending approval.
- Prevent unauthorized repairs and provide justifications for estimates lacking prior authorization.
- Collaborate with body shop personnel after approval to clarify repair procedures or discuss total loss cases.
- Adhere to all relevant Health and Safety regulations within the workplace.

Remuneration: This position offers a competitive salary up to £46,000 OTE, which includes a site bonus. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications, with details discussed during the interview.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, including a 30-minute lunch break.

- Ability to accurately assess vehicle damage and generate detailed reports
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
