**About the role**
Corporate Governance, also known in-house as Company Secretarial, is often a misunderstood sector, with many believing it to be too complex to deal with or even dismissing it as mere administration. However, the role of a company secretary can be very varied, with no two days the same With Company Secretarial being a vital support to businesses, a typical role in this field includes a combination of business administration, customer service and legal work.
As a Company Secretary Apprentice, you'll be part of a tight knit team who ensure that all Azets clients are complying with legal and regulatory requirements. As well as this, you'll be supporting team members during busy periods, assisting with administration tasks and taking control of your own projects.
With a sharp eye for detail, patience, and good time management, you will have the opportunity to develop a broad skill set and learn more about Business Administration and all the different regulations that companies need to adhere to.
**Qualification**
We have created a first-class training and development programme and, by starting your career at Azets, in addition to the comprehensive on the job training, you will also be given all the support you need to complete a professional qualification, including college and/or study days, mentoring and a designated buddy.

**Application Requirements** To get the job that you’ll love**:
- Those _**_without _**_a degree will have:_
- The right to work in the UK from your start date
- Level 4 (C) or above in English and Maths GCSE (or equivalent)
- Achieved/on track to achieve a minimum of 96 UCAS points or equivalent
- Those _**_with _**_a degree will have:_
- All of the above, plus:
- Be on track to achieve or have already achieved a minimum 2:1 in your undergraduate degree (or 2:2 if you can provide evidence of extenuating circumstances)
