Patient & Carer Experience Feedback Volunteer for iWantGreatCare
Volunteers collect feedback from patients and carers and assist the NHS in improving and developing services. Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust is looking to recruit further volunteers to join our dedicated team.
If you are interested in collecting experience feedback from patients and carers and assist us in improving the service, we would love to hear from you.

In return we will give you...
- Training and support required in this role

- Out of pocket travel expenses paid in line with the Trust Policy
- Flexibility to do the hours that suit you, daytime, evening, and weekends. All we ask for is that you are able to commit to at least 3 hours a week and provide ongoing support.
Our Volunteers need to be
- Understanding rather than judgemental about a patient’s situation or circumstances
- Respectful of a patient’s individuality, respect different cultural values and work in a non-discriminatory manner
- Able to listen to and communicate with patients, carers and staff
- Commitment to support the I Want Great Care team improving the lives of people with mental health difficulties.
