Caddy Group is currently looking for a multi-trader to start on social housing projects we have across Hackney, London. Our client is currently seeking an honest, reliable and hard-working individual to their rapidly growing team, carrying out refurbishment works to different properties within the Hackney area.

About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:

- Repairs & Maintenance: Carry out repairs on existing plasterwork, ensuring consistency with the surrounding surfaces.
- Multi-Trade Work: Assist with other trades as needed, including basic carpentry, tiling, painting, and general building tasks.
- Site Preparation: Prepare work areas by removing old plaster, cleaning surfaces, and setting up materials and equipment.
- Health & Safety: Adhere to all site safety regulations and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, meeting project specifications and client expectations.

Must have the following:

- Asbestos Awareness
- Manual Handling
- Working at Height
- own tools

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 36 months

Additional pay:

- Bonus scheme

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Licence/Certification:

- Asbestos Awareness (required)
