**Maintenance Planner**

**Permanent, Full Time**

**Salary: £37,000**

**Location: 5 Endeavour Square, London, E20 1JN (office-based Mon-Fri)**

Our client is seeking a proactive and organised Maintenance Planner with proven FM experience to join our team in Stratford.

This is a key role, ensuring the smooth running of our client's operations by coordinating engineer diaries and providing excellent customer service.

You’ll be the central point of contact for clients and engineers, managing schedules, handling service requests, and ensuring our client's facilities services are delivered efficiently.
- Proven experience in a facilities management role
- Evidence of managing multi-discipline engineer diaries
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- A proactive and problem-solving approach to work
- Proficiency in IT systems, particularly scheduling or helpdesk software (Maximo or Concept)
- Schedule and coordinate engineers' diaries to ensure timely delivery of maintenance and reactive works
- Monitor job progress, ensuring service levels and deadlines are met
- Liaise with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure clear communication and expectations
- Update and maintain records using our systems, ensuring accuracy at all times
- Assist in preparing reports on team performance and service delivery metrics

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £37,000.00 per year
