**Job Description**:
We are looking for a Project Coordinator at the start of their career to join our Technology Team You will get the opportunity to support our experienced Project Managers on larger projects whilst leading a few small to medium-sized projects of your own.

This opportunity allows you the opportunity to work on a variety of different projects, from implementing new hardware in our Venues to new software solutions in our head office. Providing exposure to the whole business and to all levels of leadership.

Main responsibilities;
- Ensuring that projects for which you are assigned, are delivered to agreed timelines, scope and costs following appropriate project governance processes
- Ensuring all relevant information on the project is captured effectively in our state-of-art project management platform PlanView
- Proactively monitoring workstream progress, identifying and managing internal and external risks or dependencies, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action
- Managing the communications for the project to ensure transparency across technology and business stakeholders - giving sufficient comms channels for people to discuss solutions and remove impediments
- Ensuring that the delivery of new products or services is to the appropriate level of quality, on time, scope and budget
- Proactively driving collaboration and transparency across the project management team, ensuring delivery status is visible to the leadership and stakeholders and required delivery documentation is developed
- Reporting and maintaining key information on the status of all projects and providing project visibility to management in a common and consistent manner.
- Ensuring that projects are closed out and, where appropriate, subsequently reviewed, and that lessons learned are captured and actioned. Producing appropriate documentation to support these processes.
- Setting up a culture of continual improvement and feedback, from both a product and process perspective, ensuring that improvements are implemented and evaluated with feedback loops.

**Qualifications**:
**Knowledge and Expertise**
- Proven track record of ability to multi-task and pivot focus onto the most important tasks due to understanding business criticality.
- Communication skills. You can listen to the people around you and interpret their needs. You can manage stakeholders’ expectations and be flexible. You are capable of proactive and reactive communication.
- You are comfortable in identifying and challenging organisational processes and those processes that are unnecessarily complicated.
- Good practical and working knowledge of Windows Excel and Word.
- Practical experience in Business Analysis tools and processes.
