Administrator in Domiciliary Care

**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Collect new staff background checks
- Manage the Facebook page and other social media
- Serve as the first point of contact for phone calls and visitors
- Coordinate training with the Training Manager
- Collaborate with the Management Team to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with phone operations and log calls in the system
- Conduct various audits
- Ensure compliance with CQC legislation
- Support managers with administrative duties as required
- Perform general administration tasks, including typing and documentation
- Manage the holiday board and other administrative tasks as needed
**Qualifications**
- Experience in an administrative role, preferably within the care or healthcare sector
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, To Do); Adobe skills are a plus
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous but not mandatory
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Proactive and positive attitude towards problem-solving
- Confident and compassionate nature with a desire to support both service users and staff
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.21-£18.70 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
