Trainee Entertainment Host

This role requires the successful applicant to work across Greater Manchester & Huddersfield and may include travelling to other local regions.

We’re a small company going through a period of expansion so are recruiting a Trainee Entertainment Host

During your first 12 months in the business, you will receive the skills and knowledge required to give you the ability to train new Hosts & work towards becoming a Senior Host

The successful applicant will be required to host events to the high standards outlined by 5 Star Entertainment.

To host an event, you will need to be confident using a microphone, have a good knowledge of a wide variety of music, be outgoing, pleasant & willing to learn new hosting skills to allow you to host various different games to entertain members of the public.

You will need the ability to make on the spot decisions, up-sell current promotions & future events and make customers feel welcomed & entertained at each event you host. Events vary from pub Quiz Nights to Race Nights, boozy bingo & charity events. Plus, more recently, we have launched our Casino events with classic games such as roulette & blackjack, and, as an Entertainment Host with us, you'll be trained on how to deal this games

We provide our audience with the standard of entertainment likely to be performed at holiday parks.

The successful applicant will be expected to work upto 6 hours a week with the option to pick up additional days/nights. The role comes with a 40 hour full training package.

Applicants must have a full UK driving licence & their own vehicle in order to progress to an interview.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: Training meets NMW/NLW with an increase of up to £1p/h once training is complete. Applicants must be aged 18+, have a full UK driving licence & own transport.
