**All About the Role**

Based at our Avonmouth site, we have a vacancy for a Warehouse/Saw Operative the hours are Monday to Friday 2 pm to 10 pm plus overtime. The purpose of this role is to ensure customers’ orders are fulfilled to the highest standards in a fast-paced environment.

Specific tasks could include:

- Pick computer generated orders with repetitive handling/lifting of heavy and large item
- Accurately record stock movement and usage, along with product identification and use of measuring equipment.
- Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team and on your own.
- Operate saws and handle steel
- Transferring stock to its location using a Forklift trucks
- Assisting in the overall production and dispatch of customers’ orders.
- Maintain high levels of Health and Safety.
- Be adaptable and flexible in approach to work to meet operational requirements

**Essential Skills for the role**:

- Experience with bandsaws/similar machinery but not essential as training will be given.
- Have a flexible attitude, be results oriented, and enjoy working in a team environment.
- Ideally have operated Fork-Lift or Side-loader but not essential as training will be given.
- Health & Safety awareness.
