**Job description**

**_Our client a global distribution concern with a UK wide distribution network; has an exciting opportunity for a 7.5 or 3.5 Tonne Driver._**

**7.5 TONNE DRIVER - MULTI-DROP**

**START DATE: IMMEDIATE START**

**HOURLY RATE: £11 PER HOUR**

**HOURS OF WORK: START TIME BETWEEN 6AM /6.45AM - FINISHING TIME VARIES DEPENDING ON RUN**

**DURATION: 3 DAYS WORK ONLY (FRIDAY, MONDAY AND TUESDAY)**

**_Roles & Responsibilities_**
- Delivery and collection province wide.
- Excellent customer service skills Ensure Health & Safety adherence at all times.
- Complete vehicle checks in line with Operating licence procedures, reporting any defects to the transport manager (both in writing and verbally).
- Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Any other duties as delegated by the Transport Department.
- Heavy lifting involved.
- Driver’s mate and warehouse duties may be included in role.
**_Essential Criteria_**
- Previous TRANSIT driving experience.
- Good Geographical knowledge of NI.
- Good Knowledge of driver’s hours, rules and regulations.
- Good Communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Must be flexible to work weekends & Bank holidays
