We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join us in Bradford
We’re seeking a passionate and driven Customer Support Specialist to join our us on a 6 month basis.

What will you be doing?- Answering calls from consumers with queries relating to consumer lending-
- Determining appropriate actions for the resolution of queries- Corresponding with all parties professionally to proactively ensure the consumer has a positive experience- Handle essential administration and operational tasks, including account administration- Delivering exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction- Working to achieve individual, team targets and relevant KPI’s- You will be supported by a Team Manager and Senior Manager to ensure you have all the tools to succeed.
We tend to look for people with:
- Previous experience in customer telephony support is preferred but not essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- A strong work ethic and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to focus on the highest standards of implementation and delivery
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- At least 2 years experience within a customer facing role at a consumer focused company
