Inventory Associate

Working hours are between 9 am and 6 pm Monday to Friday including occasional Saturdays and bank holidays, however, you will manage your own time.
It is vitally important that you have excellent grammar as you will be dictating detailed reports on a daily basis.
Our work covers Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Norfolk and Suffolk.
On target earnings are between £24,0000 - £28,000 P/A based on a nominal basic salary and payment per job successfully completed. We also offer a mileage allowance scheme.
About the Job:
- **Home based**:
- Collecting keys from Landlords/Agents Carrying out Inventories/checkouts/check-ins/mid-term visits
- Taking photographs
- Taking meter readings
- Recording keys
- Editing/proofreading reports each afternoon/evening
- Uploading checked reports to our online portal

- Good eye for detail

- Reliable and trustworthy
- Excellent spoken & written English
- Flexible
- Must be willing to work Saturdays and bank holidays
- Of smart appearance
- Excellent customer service skills
- Happy to travel across counties to attend appointments
- Good working alone
- Live within a 20-mile radius of Cambridge
- Keeping a high level of customer service when under pressure
- Good IT skills
What you must have:
- Sufficient home broadband
- Own vehicle
- Laptop/Computer
- Smartphone/Tablet
- Minimum C grade GCSE, or equivalent, in both Maths and English
What we offer:
We are an established & successful inventory/property services company working with large agents and property management companies. We will take care of typing your audio recordings and the majority of the admin work.
