**Skills required**:

- At least 3 years’ experience working in Accounts Role.
- Reporting experience, excellent excel skills including pivot tables and vlookups.
- Excellent attention to detail and be proactive.
- Ability to work on your own initiative with mínimal supervision.
- Exceptional organisational skills.
- AAT qualified or working towards AAT qualification

**Main Duties will include but will not be limited to**:

- Purchase Ledger - Daily reconciliations.
- Sales Ledger - Project /Ad hoc invoicing.
- Job costing reconciliations.
- HMRC Process Import and Export Documentation - Duty Deferment / Postponed VAT (PVA).
- Reconciliation of Company credit cards.
- Credit control.
- Time and attendance administration work.
- General administration, filing, archiving.
- Assist the Financial team where necessary.

**Benefits include**:
Either:
3 days per week 9-5pm
- 22 ½ hours

3 days per week 8.30-5pm
24 hours

5 days per week 9-2pm
- 25 hours
- Salary up to £30,000 per annum pro rata.

Holiday entitlement is 22 days, up to 25 days over years of service.

Standard Government Pension after 3 months.

**After 6 months’ probation**:
