Real Food Box is a family run business delivering fresh, local produce to the local area. We are a small team so we are a fun place to work and every team member is relied upon

We are looking for an Order Packer / Customer Service Assistant.
- Along with our other packers, you will be assembling orders into jute bags and loading them onto the vans for delivery. This requires care and accuracy.
- You will play a key role in logistics - ensuring that we have everything we need to fulfill our orders.
- You will also be responsible for the upkeep of our packaging facility.
- Office work - printing off orders and creating delivery rounds.
- Occasional delivery work when our delivery drivers are unavailable.
- Occasional customer service work in Trevilley Farm Shop covering sicknesses and holiday.

You will need to have a positive attitutude and be reliable, diligent, pro-active, fast-working and have a reasonable level of fitness; you will need to be able to carry a 25kg sack of potatoes and be able to load bags in and out of a van.

The following experience is not vital but advantageous:

- customer service
- work in retail, warehouse or office
- driving medium / large sized vans.

On a typical week your working days will be:
Monday morning

Tuesday morning

Wednesday morning

Thursday morning

Approximately 12 hours total working week.

However, these hours will increase if required to work in the shop or go out on deliveries.

Therefore the role is best suited to somebody who has the flexibility to occasionally work longer into the day or Friday and / or Saturday.

Start date: 6th January (although we would like to get a couple of training days done before Christmas).
