**Summary**:
We are looking for a proactive and confident Sales Support Executive, to support the Director of Sales to contribute towards the overall Sales Strategy. This role is critical to efficiently raise, administrate and maintain new opportunities in terms of newenergy/utility/sustainability proposals, bids and ultimately contracts. You will have proven sales experience, have used a CRM system and excellent organisational skills. If you?re the type of person who loves to collaborate with a varied international teamand maximise every opportunity this could be the role for you

**Key responsibilities**:

- Proposal / bid production: management, co-ordination and support, including liaising with colleagues for contributions, critique, formatting, writing and proof-reading
- Overseeing a CRM / pipeline of EMEA opportunities and report regularly on the status and achievements
- Writing and proof-reading press releases to various client sectors, Impact flyers, case studies and other promotional literature for online and physical publication
- Support the Director of Sales to contribute towards the overall Sales Strategy

**Skills and experience required**:

- Previous experience in business development, sales or sales support
- An understanding of CRM/Pipelines
- You must have excellent organisational / project management skills and experience
- A sound understanding of the energy consultancy marketplace, key competitors and key trends within the industry would be an advantage
- Evidence of the right to work in the UK.
