Opus Vitae are actively recruiting for **Warehouse Operatives** for our client based on the outskirts of **Oswestry**.

**Working Hours**: 45 hour working week, flexible shift pattern, our client are an events management company, hence flexibility required.

**Salary**: £11 per hour / £25,750 per annum.

This position is a permanent opportunity, working within a rapidly growing events company. The role will involve working both alone and as part of a team to help onboard, control, maintain and report accurate stock count of the Technical Production and Hire Equipment. The role requires a strong technical background, with an all-round knowledge of using audio-visual equipment.

**Key Requirements**
- Experience and an understanding of warehousing and/or stock control
- Experience and an understanding of technical production - light, power, sound etc.
- Fully PC literate across different platforms (Google suite and/or experience using Current RMS is desirable)
- Full driving licence.
- Experience carrying out basic repairs to equipment.
- Ability to review technical manuals for equipment used.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Preparation of jobs and equipment at warehouse
- De preparation of Jobs arriving back in to the warehouse
- Ensure all stock controls are up to date.
- Onboard stock and assets onto the system.
- Updating system with findings. Stock adjustments.
- Reporting shortages, damages, and incorrect stock, amending it on the system.
- Arrange repairs or replacements of assets.
- Investigate discrepancies within 24 hours.
- Report on and investigate stock adjustments to minimise risk.
- Be flexible to alter shifts where applicable and attend weekend stock counts if required.
- Assisting with other general warehouse tasks when required.
- General housekeeping duties around the warehouse
- Responsible for efficient storage of technical production equipment in the warehouse
- Carry out assessment and maintenance of Technical production equipment and update service records
- Carry out PAT testing
