**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Support clients in maintaining their independence while providing companionship and emotional support.
- Follow individual care plans meticulously to ensure that each client's specific needs are met.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide updates on client status and any concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of client care and report any changes in condition to the appropriate personnel.
- Cook, clean, and provide home-style laundry services as required.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge in care practices.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in home care or a care home environment is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills in English are necessary for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Basic IT skills are advantageous for maintaining records and using care management software.
- A genuine passion for providing excellent care and support to individuals in need is essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.22-£12.80 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
