**Job Purpose**
The trainer for project management apprenticeships will be responsible for delivering the Associate Project Manager Level 4 Apprenticeship as well as any other project management related qualifications.
**Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities**
**Apprenticeship Programme Delivery**:
- Deliver the Associate Project Manager Level 4 within agreed timescales and any other project management qualifications as required.
- Develop resources of Associate Project Manager Level 4 including lesson plans, delivery slide packs and progress review documentation
- Supporting start to end processes of Associate Project Manager Level 4.
- To ensure the Individual Learning Plan (ILP) is completed, updated and maintained in liaison with IQA and employers.
- Support the delivery of Functional Skills as necessary, within agreed timescales.
- To keep accurate records of learner progress and achievement and ensure they are shared with the relevant employer in line with their reporting requirements.
- To carry out regular learner reviews to reflect progress, achievements and risks and monitor safeguarding/prevent and Functional Skills progression.
- To keep accurate records of learner attendance with the relevant employer and ensure they are shared with the relevant employer in line with their reporting requirements.
- To act as an advocate in resolving problems between apprentices and employers, keeping employers updated on apprentice progress.
- Ensure the chosen e-portfolio system is updated to manage and monitor apprentice progress.
- Supporting and undertaking End Point Assessments (approx. 10 per month)
- To contribute to Ofsted preparation, quality development and planning.
**Monitoring, Reporting and Compliance**:
- To operate and comply with the safeguarding and PREVENT policies and procedures of the business.
- To attend and lead internal team and other meetings as required.
- Prepare and produce reports in line with business requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all internal and external procedures and quality standards.
- Ensure data is recorded, stored and managed in line with GDPR requirements.
- To participate in course reviews and evaluation processes and create/contribute appropriate reports for audit purposes.
**Other**:
- Fully participate in the development of the business.
Other reasonable duties as directed by the Operations Manager and Executive Director.
**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
**Salary**: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Licence/Certification:
