We are currently recruiting for Picker Packer positions in Burton-Upon-Trent (DE14 2UZ). You will become part of a supportive and welcoming team, working under the guidance of inspiring leaders across various departments. Our dedicated on-site team is here to assist you in your role, ensuring you have the resources and support needed to excel in your position.

**The role of Picker Packer**:

- Order picking and packaging books and toys using RDT technology to a high standard of accuracy
- Duties may include but not limited to sorting, picking and packing
- Work to standard operating procedures in line with company policy
- Maintain high levels of Health and Safety awareness and report any areas of concern immediately
- Assist with inventory counting and stock investigations when necessary
- Assist other team members as necessary
- Support Colleagues and Team Leader with all day-to-day tasks
- To action any other elements to fulfill the operational needs of the business and undertake any other reasonable duties as allocated

**The ideal Picker Packer**:

- Flexibility regarding shifts and availability for overtimes
- Physically fit and capable of maintaining physical activity
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work in a busy environment
- Ability to give attention to detail
