**Associate Solicitor - Government, Regulatory & Advocacy**

Top 50 UK law firm is seeking an ambitious and dedicated associate solicitor to help continue to drive the growth of their expanding client base in the Government, Regulatory & Advocacy team in Manchester.

**Role Overview**

You will join a team of administrative and public law lawyers dealing primarily with health, information law, judicial review and other regulatory litigation and disciplinary matters.

**Candidiate Profile**

Health sector experience isn't essential, but it would be beneficial if you are able to demonstrate experience in the following:

- Experience of advising on public law in the health sector, including advising both NHS and independent health organisations, and on health law generally
- Experience of working for the public sector (including particularly the NHS, but also other NDPB's, local and central Government and/or regulatory authorities) advising on statutory and administrative law obligations, vires, with experience of conductingor defending judicial reviews
- Understanding of information law, including FOIA, DPA and EIR
