**Job Summary**
We are currently looking for an experienced, reliable and detail-oriented **Warehouse Administrator** to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is confident handling data and supporting operational teams.

**Responsibilities**
- **Dispatch and Shipping**: Coordinating with internal teams and external carriers to ensure timely and accurate outbound shipments.
- **Booking carriers**: Using various portals to book the carriers ensuring all deadlines are met and paperwork is accurately completed as well as a price comparisons completed.
- **Documentation and Record Keeping**: Maintaining accurate records of all inbound and outbound movements.
- **Stock Control**: Assisting with stock counts and managing stock levels.
- **Problem Solving**: Addressing issues and discrepancies with incoming or outgoing shipments.
- **Communication**: Providing excellent customer service to suppliers and internal teams.
- **Shipping label creation**: Ensure all labels include correct recipient information, shipping method, and tracking details.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Strong Administrative Skills**: Excellent attention to detail, data entry skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
- **Inventory Management Experience**: Experience with inventory management systems and stock control procedures.
- **Warehouse or Logistics Experience**: Familiarity with warehouse operations and processes.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with suppliers and internal teams.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to identify and resolve issues with incoming or outgoing shipments.
- **Organisational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise work efficiently.
- **Customer Service Skills**: Ability to provide excellent customer service to suppliers and internal teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.19 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
